Friends and Writers!
In this evening's workshop (Monday April 20th) we will be exploring the often strange and always fruitful pratice of translation. But note: this is not the task of translating writing from another language into English...no! This is translation that takes its cues from sound and appearance, rather than literal meaning. No knowledge of other languages in required - in fact, it's even better if you have no knowledge of the source text to begin with!

All are welcome (space permitting!) and no experience is required. The material and timed writing exercises are designed so all writers at every level have something to riff on! If you are brand new to writing, we welcome you! If you are halfway through your novel and need a creative shake up to inspire and invigorate your developing story, we also welcome you!
