Bring a pen + paper if you can, but if you can't, just bring an open mind and enjoy the respite that spending some time with your words can allow. As always, the focus is on creation rather than revision, so no previous experience or publishing necessary!

Now I am quietly waiting for
the catastrophe of my personality
to seem beautiful again,
